To send a reminder of an invitation to your participants who did not respond, go to Participants in the navigation menu, You will then come to your participant list and to the right select Send invitation.
In the box that appears, first select whether you want to send it out via e-mail or SMS, or both. Then you choose who you want to send to, according to status. As a reminder, this will be Have not answered yet. Then the invitation is sent only to those who have not yet said yes or said no.
For mail:
- Select the title of the email in the box that says Subject, e.g. 'Reminder conference'. Fill in the sender name (can be, for example, company name, department, or person) and e-mail address for e-mail responses in each field.
- A tip is to send it to yourself first to see what it will look like for the participants.
- Do you also want to send out text messages? Read 'For SMS' below, before sending to the participants
- When you are ready, click on Send to participant.
For SMS:
- Fill in the sender name and if you want, change the default message.
- A tip is to send it to yourself first to see what it will look like for the participants.
- Do you want to send out an email as well? Read 'For email' above, before sending to the participants
- When you are ready, click on Send to participant.
Do you want to send it to an individual participant or to participants with different statuses?
- Choose who you want to send the reminder to by ticking the participants in the participant list. Then press Send group message.
- Then follow the steps above but skip the step where you fill in who you want to send the message to. Leave that box blank. If you want, write a message to the participants that go out with the reminder. Choose to include the invitation and display buttons with links to the registration page by checking the respective box.
- When you are done, click Send to Participants.
