You can choose to send out invitations and messages to your participants either via e-mail, SMS, or a combination of these. Mobile numbers and e-mail addresses are used as the unique ID for each participant, so at least one of them needs to be mandatory.
You need to fill in the e-mail address and/or mobile number in each column for each participant when you import your participant list. If you add participants manually, fill in the fields for e-mail and/or mobile number in the box before saving.
To send an Invitation to your participants, first, go to Participants in the Navigation Menu, and then to Invitation. There you create your invitation and when you are satisfied, press Send invitation. In the box that appears, first select whether you want to send via e-mail or SMS, or both. Then you choose which ones you want to send to according to status. For SMS distribution, a cost of 1 SEK / SMS is charged, while email distribution is completely free to send.
For mail:
- Select the title of the email in the box that says Subject. Fill in the sender name (can be, for example, company name, department, or person) and e-mail address for e-mail responses in each field.
- A tip is to send it to yourself first to see what it will look like for the participants.
- (Do you want to send out text messages as well? Read 'For SMS' below, before sending to the participants)
- When you are ready, click on Send to participant.
For SMS:
- Fill in the sender name and, if desired, change the default message.
