Same as for the booking confirmation, there is no need to send the user documentation regarding the detailed planning. Everything can be found in the Event Logic platform:
- Start and end times and also the number of guests per activity can be seen in the schedule.
- You can see which seat they want in the speech bubble in the row for the conference room.
- Information about allergies is also available via Event Logic when the customer shares the list of participants.
- The billing address can be found at the top of the request along with contact details to the customer.
If you need to know more, you can send a message to the customer, they also receive all communication in Event Logic to their regular email. When booking, you also get access to the other contact information that the user has chosen to share. You can see them at the top of the current event.
