You can easily add questions to your registration form. To do this, press Participants in your navigation menu, then Invitation, and lastly Registration Form. To make your work easier, we have already created ready-to-use sample questions, which you can find under Add questions from question library (See picture below). There are a variety of questions here. You press the questions you wish to include. If you want to make your own question, that's perfectly fine, read more about how you do it under the image below.
If you want to create your own question for your application form, you can do so under Create your own question, which you can find right below Add questions from question library (see picture above). First write your question in Swedish (and/or English if you wish). When you have written your question, it is time to choose the type of answer you want from your participants. There are 7 options:
- TEXT: Your participants then have a line of text on them to answer your question.
- DROPDOWN: Here you fill in ready-made answer options that the participants can choose from in a drop-down menu. To add more answer options, tap Add more. When you have finished, tap Create question.
- NUMBER: If you want a number in response from the participants, enter NUMBER. Then you can only enter numbers in the field.
- DATE: Here the participants get a small calendar where they can choose a date in response.
- EMAIL: Here you can only reply with an email address.
- CHECKBOX: You can select a checkbox if you want participants to answer a question by checking a box, or leaving it unchecked. For example: "Want to attend the dinner"
- TEXT AREA: Here the participants can write a longer free text in answer to your question.
To edit questions you have created yourself, simply press the small editing-symbol on the question you wish to edit (see image below). You can then edit the question by changing the information on the left. It is also possible to remove the question by pressing the cross-symbol, located on the right side of the edit-symbol.
