Once you have uploaded a logo and image to your invitation, it is time to update your Basic Information, which you see just below the image in your invitation. You can easily change these yourself by pressing Change under the respective information box:
- The title will automatically be the same as your event name. If you want another heading, easily change it by pressing Edit title next to the title.
- Under Organizer, there is a button called "Change". If you click on it, you will get a pop-up box with information that your participants will want about you as an organizer if they have questions about the content of the invitation. If it is the same person who is the organizer who is responsible for personal data, check the box in the middle of the pop-up box, and the data will be copied to the two bottom boxes.
- To change the date of the event, press "Edit" in the box in the middle. There will then be a pop-up box where you fill in the dates the invitation applies to, as well as between will times the invitation refers to. Specifying a time interval makes it easier for participants if they want to import the invitation (block the time) into their calendar.
- The last default setting is the location of the event, and this can be changed in the last box on the "Edit" button. Here you can choose the supplier you want to located at, and the database will find the address information itself. Otherwise, you can choose to write your own address. At the bottom, there is also a checkmark for "Show the map in the invitation".
