To facilitate the management of your participants and their information, you can easily share the list of participants with the supplier or suppliers you have booked with.
You can choose both which suppliers you want to share the list with, as well as what information you want to share. You can choose from all types of information that you have in the participant list, including the questions you may have added yourself in your registration form.
Here are the steps to share the participant list:
- Go to Participants > Invitation in your Navigation menu.
- Press Share participant list.
- Choose which providers you want to share the list with.
- Choose what information you want to share.
- Press Share participant list.
You will now be presented with a new box, where you can choose which suppliers you want to share the participant list with, and what information to share.
Done! The supplier will now receive automatic updates on the participant information that is filled in, updated, or changed along the way.
