It's easy to cancel and delete a request, regardless of whether you've received a quote or not. When you book a supplier, quotes from other suppliers are canceled automatically, and the suppliers receive a message that you have chosen a different option this time. To cancel a request where you are waiting for a quote, follow the steps below:
- Press on the three small dots next to the quote.
- Press Show quote.
- Press on the Cancel request at the top right.
- If you also want to delete the request, click on Delete request at the top right of the quote box. You can also press on the three small dots next to the canceled quote and select Delete. You can then choose to send a new request to another supplier if you wish.
If you instead wish to cancel a request where you have received quotes, do the same as above, but you will instead find the Cancel request button by the arrow next to Book, at the top right of the quote.
One tip is to cancel quotes you are not interested in. These take place from the fact that you should be able to have more quotation requests out, you can only have up to four quotation requests running at the same time. If you want to delete a provider, cancel that request, press Delete and then you can add one or more providers.
Regardless of the stage at which you cancel the quotation request, the supplier receives a message that you have chosen to cancel the request. If you book a supplier, the other quotes are canceled automatically, and the suppliers receive a message that you have chosen another option this time.
