You can easily and conveniently invite another event planner to your event or group! When you invite another co-planner, they can do everything you can do and see all the information and event history. This makes it easy for you to collaborate in events with others, hand over projects to a colleague, or let someone finish what you have started if, for example, you get ill and can't work.
To invite a user to a specific event, you first enter the event you want to invite to. Then press the plus sign next to the purple circle with your initials (see image below). You add a co-planner by filling in their email address. Once you've filled in, press Submit.
The invited user will then receive an email with a link and when this has been accepted, you will see their profile next to your profile in the event. To invite a person to a entire group, so they can see all the events in that group, go to the main page for that group instead. You then click on the plus sign at the top right (similar to the picture above) and add their email address there. Then press Send.
