You can easily and conveniently invite another event planner to your event or group!
When you invite another co-planner, they can do everything you can do and see all the information and event history. This makes it easy for you to collaborate in events with others, hand over projects to a colleague, or let someone finish what you have started if, for example, you become ill.
To invite to a specific event, do the following:
- Enter the event you want to invite to.
- Tap the plus sign next to the purple circle with your initials.
- Add a co-user by filling in their email address.
- Press "Send".
Your co-planner will now receive an email with a link and when he/she has accepted the invitation, you will see that you have received another purple circle with his initials:
To invite a person to an entire group so they can see all the events in that group, go to the home page for that group instead. Click on the plus sign at the top right of the image and add the e-mail address there. Then press "Send".
