You can choose between completely deleting an event, and closing it. We always recommend that you always close events, instead of deleting them.
The difference between deleting that event and closing it is that a completed event will remain in your list of completed events, while a deleted event can never be recreated. If you delete the event, you will never have access to the information in it again.
However, it is not possible to delete an event that has been booked but has been canceled. This is so that both you and the supplier can have access to the event afterward. Then you can only end the event, so it is no longer visible among your events.
To close or delete that event, go to its Basic Settings. To close it, change the status of the event to Ended, instead of Active. To completely delete the event, press Delete Event.
