You can easily add files to your Events page, with information or PDFs you want your participants to have access to. You do this by following the steps below:
- Go to Participants > Invitation > Event site
- Scroll down and click on Upload files. You can upload as many files as you want, but the maximum size per file is 3 MB.
- Select which files you want to upload (one by one) by locating them on your computer. For your participants, this will look similar, with the files separate. Therefore, remember to name the files something informative about their contents, such as "Schedule" or "Welcome Letter".
Once you have uploaded the files, you can download them by pressing on the small download-icon, next to the recycle bin icon. This can also be done by the participants! To delete the file, press the Recycle Bin-icon next to the file, this can't by done by the participants.
If you want to link to information via a URL link instead, you can read more about how to do this here. When you are satisfied with your invitation, you can always preview your invitation, to see how your invitation looks like to your participants.
