Event Logic offers a simple participant management that helps you get started and brings you one step closer to a successful event!
You can easily and smoothly manage your entire invitation process and participant management in your event under Participants in your navigation menu.

List of participants
In Event Logic you can easily create a new list of participants; either by adding them one by one or from an Excel list. The participants get different statuses in the list depending on how far they have come in the invitation process, and you as an organizer can easily sort a list of your participants by, for example, who have not responded to your invitation, making it easy for you to send specific reminders only to these participants.
If you choose to share your participant list with the provider you booked with, they will receive automatic updates about the participant information that your participants fill in, update, or change along the way. -
Save the Date
In Event Logic, you can easily and conveniently send out a Save the Date to your participants, where more information will be sent out at a later time. -
Invitation
It is easy to create and send out a personal and professional invitation to your participants in Event Logic. Here you can write your text, upload photos and PDFs, link to external documents, and easily communicate all basic information in a clear way to your participants. -
Registration form and the participants' Event Page
With the link in the invitation email, your participants will enter their personal event page and Registration form.
The registration form is an invaluable tool for you as an organizer to easily collect information from your participants, which is also updated automatically with the supplier if you have shared the list with them.
Your participants' personal events page is there for you to be able to continuously update information for your participants. The difference between the Invitation and the Events Page is that the invitation is an email you send out to the people in your participant list, and the Events page is the page your participants enter when they click on the link in your invitation email.
