By having an updated presentation and relevant images and text, you can more easily capture the interest of customers who are looking for suppliers for the next event.
You update your presentation by going to your page. You can reach it either by clicking on "Open" in a previous email or via login (contact us if you want help with changing login information).
Click on the circle in the top right corner. Select Presentation.
In the box that appears, you can update information about you under the two tabs Presentation and Company info.

Company Info
Here you can update your establishment's logo, name, telephone number, web address, address and booking terms.

Presentation
In the presentation you have the opportunity to add:
- Pictures of your facility
- About us text
- Pictures & descriptions of conference rooms
- Descriptions of possible activities
- Hotel details & amenities
Main presentation
Click on "Hotel Details" in the menu bar. This is where you update your main presentation, i.e. the one that customers see first.
To edit, first click on Edit details. Add images by clicking Add New + and fill in other information by typing in numbers, clicking checkboxes and writing your about us text. Don't forget to save by clicking Update when you are done!
Conference Rooms
Here you enter information regarding your specific conference rooms. This makes it easier for both you and the customer when you inform about which room you intend for the group, as the customer has access to all information about your premises directly via the presentation.
Click on Add new + to create a new conference room. You can add the name of the room, pictures, description, size, available seats and equipment.
You can also preview your presentation by pressing Preview, next to Edit Details. You will then see how the presentation looks from the customer's perspective.
