If the supplier does not approve your changes, you will receive a notification about this and will have the opportunity to go in and see which changes the supplier has not approved. You can see these changes through the notice above the schedule view in your event, or by opening your quote.
You will then have the opportunity to accept that the supplier can not change the part you wanted to change, or deny the supplier if you feel you have the right to change the part. You can also write a message to the supplier so that you can agree on a common solution.
