If you want to include accommodation for your event, it is easy to do so. If you create an event longer than one day, accommodation will be added automatically unless you specify that it is not desired. If you however later wish to add accommodation, press the Accommodation-button that you will find between your event days (see picture below).
You then fill in how many single and double rooms you need. You can also create your own room types, such as suites, if needed. You can also remove one of the room types by pressing the small trash can, or add a room type. When you're done, press Save & Close.
If you instead wish to add accommodation before and after the event, it is easy to do so. The easiest way to do this is in the schedule view, by either pressing Add accommodation before the event or Add accommodation after the event. You then fill in, as before, how many single and double rooms you need. Here you can also remove and add different room types. When you're done, press Save & Close.
