When you book an event in Event Logic, you need to fill in your invoicing information. This information are then saved as default and are pre-filled for your next booking.
If you want to update the invoicing address or other invoicing details, you can either do it for a specific booking, where only the information for the specific booking is updated. You can otherwise change the invoicing information for a group where it will then be pre-filled for all future bookings made in that group.
To change the invoicing address for a specific booking, go to the current event and click on the booked quote. Then click on Invoicing address that appears at the top of the box. The invoicing address will then appear below, where you can make the necessary adjustments. Don't forget to press Update at the bottom left when you're done.
To change the invoicing information in a group instead, click on your current user group at the top right of the page. Select Manage groups (see image below). In the menu on the left of the window that appears, click on the group where you want to change the invoicing details. On the Billing Details tab you can make your adjustments as desired, and when you're done don't forget to press Update.
